Stop being unreasonably Jealous with Hypnotherapy
It is your imagination that can cause you to feel of jealous. Often it can happen when you imagine your partner is seeing someone else. In extreme cases it does not have to be a thought of a physical betrayal, It can just be thought of someone talking, laughing with or even just smiling at your partner. Jealousy can cause a whole host of problems in your relationship . It might cause you to feel anxiety and panic, or it may make you feel angry when your partner simply looks at another person.
Jealousy can occur in many instances apart from relationships, you might be jealous when, say, someone else gets promoted at work and you feel it should have been you. perhaps you feel jealous when your next door neighbour or friend buys a new car that’s bigger and better than yours. This pattern of illogical thinking, imagining, and the feelings it brings are jealousy. They are all consuming and can prevent you getting on with your life but don’t despair hypnotherapy can really help you to stop being jealous.
Jealousy affecting our life
Jealousy can cause you to feel, angry, depressed and worthless. You might end up having angry or even furious arguments with your partner and afterwards you feels remorse and regret. You may often feel frustrated with yourself. You may feel angry and irritated with your inability to control your thoughts and feelings. Your partner or the person at the receiving end of your outbursts is completely surprised and bewildered. Whoever is at the receiving end of your outbursts may be living in fear of you. Perhaps you are repeating behaviour patterns r from previous relationships. I will use hypnotherapy to help you restructure your thinking and behaviours to help you control and eliminate these unwanted ‘jealousy’ patterns.
